Bethany’s congregation is a wonderful mosaic of gifted and faithful individuals who gather for worship, study and support. They are committed to the life of this church, but even more to the well-being of God’s world, as demonstrated by their leadership in a variety of social justice and outreach ministries. As you become better acquainted with our congregation, I hope you will feel encouraged to participate in ministry opportunities that best match your interests or passion.
Bethany is a Reconciling Congregation of The United Methodist Church. We affirm and welcome men and women without regard to gender orientation or sexual preference. As the Body of Christ, we strive to meet the spiritual needs of all who enter our doors, both through our corporate worship as well as through small groups and individual pastoral care. Our church is embarking on a long-awaited renovation project, soon you will see many great improvements to our facility. In January 2009, our Sunday worship service and church office moved to Bethany Center so that we can prepare our building for the renovation and remodeling. You are invited to participate in the excitement and creativity of this new venture with us.
